At Crystal Planet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day your order is scanned as delivered.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at returns@crystalplanetllc.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns without prior email authorization will not be accepted.
- Eligibility: Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

Return Conditions
- Packaging: Use appropriate packaging as our bottles are fragile. We are not responsible for breakage due to mishandling.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If eligible, we will process your refund to the original payment method (minus shipping costs). You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.
Additional Information
- Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
